This patient had a Class 1 malocclusion
(normal jaw relationship). She was concerned about the crowding
of her teeth and that her "eye teeth were coming in high." She
also had a gummy smile and the inability to close her lips without
straining them.

Case Two - BEFORE
This patient had a Class III malocclusion
(an underbite tendency) with a narrow upper jaw (crossbite) and
slightly strong lower jaw. She had severe crowding in both arches.
Her chief concern was the crowding of her teeth and the crossbite.

how a crossbite and crowding of the teeth is corrected with an

Case Three - BEFORE
This patient had an open bite caused by
sucking her thumb and a tongue thrust swallowing pattern. The doctors
referred her to a speech pathologist before orthodontic treatment
to help her stop her thumb habit and learn in swallow correctly.

Case Four - BEFORE
This patient had a Class I
malocclusion with underbite tendency and severe crowding with a
posterior crossbite. The Patient's chief concern was that the upper
eye tooth was fanged and upper front teeth were behind the
other teeth.
Case Four - AFTER
This case shows comprehensive non-extraction
orthodontic treatment with upper expansion. All areas of concern
were corrected and we have left the patient with a beautiful cuspid
protected occlusion.

Case Five - BEFORE
This adult patient had a significant anterior
open bite and spacing between the upper two front teeth. The cheif
concern of patient was difficulty in biting sandwiches and had
dark spaces when she smiled. She did want to wear braces as an
adult in active treatment.
Case Five - AFTER
Clear aligner treatment closed the open
bite and front spaces creating an award-winning smile without braces.
